LEGISLATIVE UPDATE:

The Governor has signed HB2309, amending the WV Occupational Therapy Practice Act!
The new Act becomes effective July 10, 2009.

Amended Practice Act

Thank you to all those who sent comments regarding the proposed Legislative Rules during the comment period which ended June 18, 2009.
 
Amended Rules have been filed as a result of those comments. Additional information will be communicated to licensees as the legislative process progresses.
